- Listings Management: While we don’t handle a high volume of listings, I’ve successfully managed at least 22 listings. Each listing was handled precisely, ensuring all necessary steps were completed seamlessly.
- Process Optimization and SOP Building: My primary value lies in SOP development and optimization. When I joined Lisa’s team, she already had a solid TC checklist and system. Working together, I helped streamline and enhance processes, including refining intake forms, checklists, and templates to better accommodate multiple brokers’ needs. Many of my suggestions were implemented, significantly improving efficiency across the team.
- Team Training and Future Projects: In addition to transaction coordination, I train new TCs and manage OpenToClose builds and revamps. I’m also actively involved in future initiatives, such as developing the FUB boot camp, to further support the team and enhance our services.

I also send onboarding emails to agents, ensuring they are well-informed and supported. Additionally, I contributed to implementing a successful automation system for onboarding, which streamlined the process and improved efficiency.
- Innovative Contributions: I’ve brought new ideas by completing previously untouched projects and creating custom spreadsheets to track tasks and processes. These tools have led to time savings and smoother workflows, positively impacting overall productivity and operational effectiveness.
