We’re Hiring: GHL Master Level Expert

Premium Rate for the most experienced candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with our various business branches to optimize GHL automation and features.
  • Facilitate weekly training sessions to enhance the team’s proficiency with GHL.
  • Troubleshoot issues and create workflows as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks related to GHL expertise.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST (with unpaid lunch)
  • Hubstaff tracker required
  • Biweekly pay (every other Friday)
  • Benefits available after 6 months of employment

Requirements:

  • Extensive mastery of GHL (GoHighLevel)—you know it inside and out.

As a Transaction Coordinator VA, you’ll handle crucial backend operations to support our growing team. Your tasks will include:

  • Contract Processing: Managing amendments, terminations, and contracts across multiple portals.
