Our Origin

Sidekick was built from lived experience.
The company was founded by a Realtor and Virtual Assistant tandem with over 20 years of combined experience working inside real estate businesses — managing leads, systems, transactions, marketing, and day-to-day operations.


We saw the same problem everywhere: agents hiring help that wasn’t trained for real estate, wasn’t supported properly, and wasn’t set up for long-term success.


Sidekick was created to fix that gap — intentionally, structurally, and with care.
