We start with a consultation to understand your specific needs. Then, we source qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and provide recommendations. Once you select the best fit, we handle the entire onboarding process.

We utilize the DISC profile assessment to match VAs based on their personality traits and work preferences, ensuring compatibility with your business requirements. Additionally, we offer a probationary period to evaluate the fit.

Depending on the role, our VAs are trained in various platforms, including Follow Up Boss (FUB), Google Suite, Office 365, Slack, Calltools, and others. Specific tool proficiency can be tailored to your needs.

Absolutely. We have VAs specifically trained as Listing and Transaction Coordinators. They can manage the entire real estate process from listing to closing, handling contracts, timelines, and communication with all parties involved.

We use time-tracking software to monitor VA working hours. In addition, regular performance reviews ensure that your VA is meeting your business needs and maintaining productivity.

Work schedules are flexible and tailored to fit your business hours. VAs typically work full-time or part-time, aligning with your time zone. For some roles, the standard shift is 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

We recommend using communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, or email for regular check-ins and team meetings. Frequent communication ensures alignment, progress, and ongoing productivity.

Our ISAs undergo specialized training, including Follow Up Boss (FUB), lead generation techniques, LPMAMA scripting, buyer presentations, and role-playing. This prepares them to engage leads and drive sales effectively.

We provide continuous support to ensure your VA is performing at its best. If performance issues arise, we will pause lead flow, review the situation, and take appropriate action, including retraining or finding a replacement.
